The HR was very professional with 3 rounds of interview. 1. HR Round - First round was not that difficult as questions were related to self and my achievements in my career. Also as a candidate I asked questions about the company and its culture and benefits and how is it taking care of its employees during the pandemic. 2. Line Manager round - This is was a technical round. The line manager was very knowledgeable and ask some very relevant questions on how to handle the sales cycle. The manager made this round more of a discussion rather than a one sided Q&A session. Really appreciate the way he handled the interview. 3. CEO round - This was a difficult round as the objective of this round is to judge whether you are a fit for the organizations objectives and vision. The CEO was very humble and spoke in a very crisp manner. Sales cycle and sales achievement related questions were asked. Clear expectations were defined and the interview was more of a discussion.
