First I got an interview by call with a person from human ressource, general question about what I was looking for, behave, expectations and general knowledge of the company. Then a second call with the manager of the post I was applying for. The persone presented me the work and what was expected. Asked me few question about my skills, expectations. It was a real conversation and not like a basic questions, answers. To finish I got again a call with human ressources and it was more formal and end with a job proposal.
