The interview process went well. They asked me about 10 questions about on-the-job experiences. After the interview, I was given a tour of the school. They were very friendly and welcoming.

Entrevista
The process starts with a phone interview, which is very easy and engaging. After two weeks (depending) you get an in-person interview there and tour to the school. Again, very easy to talk with them.

In 5 years, what are your plans? Have you worked with children that are neurodiverse? (about 5 to 10 questions)

Entrevista
They asked me what I would do if a student got aggressive. Did not tell me the pay exactly. I really enjoyed the tour and seeing the staff working and how the classroom was run.
Very friendly interview process. The interviewer was easy to talk to and it allowed the conversation to flow easily. I enjoyed the conversation and had a great discussion when given time to ask questions to them.
