Entrevista
First step was to submit a small ML assignment based on Train delay prediction
Then they called me for first round , which was on hangout call
The Interviewer was not interested from start , she did not even try to listen and moved to next question every time .
She had no intent for conversation and she was in such a hurry that she did not even explained any question .
If you don't have any intention to hire then please don't make any drama .
I think these are the things that seperate them from big giants like Amazon and Google .
If you give comfort to the participants then they will show you their full potential but this is the point you don't have .
