Entrevista
The interview process at JCrew is very simple for sales associates. All I had to do was go to the store, speak to a Manager to obtain an application, fill the application out and return it to a manager. The manager then spoke with me and said they would be in touch to schedule an interview. The interview was pretty laid back with a few simple behavior type questions. After that they call to let you know if you got the position is not. Great Company to work for!

Lovely interview with the then assistant manager. Just connect showing your bubbly personality and talk maturely about your former job experience.
It ran for about 30-35 mins yet felt as if time flew by due to great conversation.
Great retail job. Requires alot of connecting with customers, even styling them in the fit rooms. But also remember EVERYONES EXPERIENCE is different

Easy, Basic Questions with the store manager. Just ask about previous experience and your availability. Why you want to work there. Met with the store manager and asked questions outside of the store.
the interview was entirely behavioral and very casual/conversational. mostly just how you would handle customer interactions and selling the credit card. i would highly recommend working there and interviewing. very similar to other retail interviews.
