They have you take an online questionnaire to learn where you stand on written skills and decide whether you can match their "voice", then you dress a mannequin based on their scenario given and explain your choices to the supervisor and lead.

Entrevista
The interview process, I met with a recruiter, then the store director, then the regional manager. It took about 2 weeks - they really liked me. They sat me down 1 on 1 and asked me questions. Then at the end we all sat down and talked about general things to what J.Crew can do for me.
