Entrevista
Applied online and was offered an in-store interview. I meant with the store director and one of the assistant managers then had a phone interview with the district manager. A couple of days later the store director called and offered me the position. The whole process took about 2 1/2 weeks.

What type of manager are you? (what things are important to you as a manager)
Pretty straightforward, know the brand values, their style and competitors. Have in mind how you would style a customer and the questions you would ask them. Also know your managing style and words to describe it.

Professional and fairly simple. I didn't feel like there were many curve ball questions. It helped that I had previous experience in the position in a different company. At the time, it was a helpful position to accept.

Store interview then regional. In person or phone/zoom. Must make it past first store interview to move on to next. Short in length of time. Typical questions. Friendly demeanor by interviewer.
