After successfully completing the application screening, an assistant manager will set up an interview. J Crew held two interviews, one with the assistant manager and the other with the store manager. Both were open file, professional, yet very casual. Once you complete both, they will call to extend an offer for the position.

The interview process was extremely friendly, welcoming and simple. They asked about 3 to 4 questions followed by asking if I had any additional comments for the company and culture.
