I first got a call from the manager to come for an interview after applying online. The manager was friendly and nice in person. The interview questions can be difficult if you don't prepare yourself.

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for us? Tell me about a customer service experience. Tell me about the importance of teamwork and if they weren't getting along. Tell me your three strengths.
I filled out an application, a day later I received a call from the hiring manager. We scheduled an in person interview, it was super chill. They offered me the position right away, I told them that I will give 24 hrs to respond. I chose not to take the position due to personal matters.
I walked in the store and asked for an interview and a few days alter I met with the store director one-on-one after getting a phone call. Then I was asked questions about my availability and I was hired. They seemed to think I was a good fit, I had dressed up well and J.Crew clothing, so I was hired quickly.

I had applied for a seasonal sales associate position. I received a call to schedule an interview and was sent a zoom link through email. I had been asked some questions. I also asked questions about the duration of this position, about wage, dress code, and specification on what the job would entail.
