Entrevista
I met with the Store Manager for a coffee at a nearby Starbucks, followed by a phone interview with the District Manager. Very generic questions. This was followed by a verbal offer and then emailed contract.

What is an example of a difficult situation and how did you handle it?
Pretty straightforward, know the brand values, their style and competitors. Have in mind how you would style a customer and the questions you would ask them. Also know your managing style and words to describe it.

Entrevista
Professional and fairly simple. I didn't feel like there were many curve ball questions. It helped that I had previous experience in the position in a different company. At the time, it was a helpful position to accept.
