Contacted by HR, had a phone screen, about a two week gap and then an in person interview about a month later. after three weeks they followed up and said I didn't make the second round.

Entrevista
Phone interview with HR regarding my previous and current experience. Asked to highlight key areas on my resume. Was asked about salary and what I was expecting. Company decided not to move forward even though telling me I was a strong candidate.

Entrevista
A woman contacted me and then missed our phone interview. I was able to reschedule and then the phone interview lasted for only five minutes, felt very unprofessional. I felt like it was really hard to get in contact with her. After the interview I did not receive the job through an email. Basically she stated that I actually did not have the experience they were looking for. This seemed curious because my resume clearly states my experience. Overall it did not seem like she had done the proper research at first when contacting me and then did not want to follow up with me after she realized that I maybe was not the right fit for the position. Side note the job I wound up interviewing for was not the job I had originally applied to anyway.
