Applied online, interviewed in the pub two weeks later, interview was with the manager and another staff member, felt the interview was very positive and they said they'd get back to me on the weekend, but I haven't heard anything from them since (3 weeks), even after calling them and them telling me they'd get back to me about it.

Needed to bring proof of right to work in the UK. Casual interview with the question being from pre written list. Was asked standard questions about what responsibilities comes with the role, what you know about the company, why you want to work with spoons, time where you showcased teamwork etc.
