They're desperate for staff as the turnover is so high, so they will hire pretty much anyone. The interview is just a conformation process to check that you are who you say you are.
Fun and chill, just a few question about what why and something about yourself. Then will ask your flexibility. Then after a few mins consideration the manager said would like to offer me this position.

A very casual chat about previous work and what I like to do in spare time. Then they just asked about what my availability was and how many hours I'd like to work. Lasted about 15 minutes
