Applied online enthasising on customer service skills and knowledge for the catering industry, following week I was invited for an informal one to one interview where the interviewer asked me questions about customer service and how I would handle certain situations. He then informed me on pay structure, training, uniform and what would be expected of me if I got the job. The next day I had a phone call to say I got the job. Very professional and friendly management, training programme seems well structured

I was invited to an interview by a manager and when I showed up I was being interviewed by 2 of them. The questions were pretty standard, the people interviewing me were nice.

Generally quite a relaxed interview with a duty manager and supervisor. Manager asked a range of questions from a standardised list she had whist the supervisor took notes. The usual questions including strengths/weaknesses discussion etc

asked questions about why i wanted to work there and some legal questions e.g. my right to work and any past convictions. also asked what hours would work best for me as i am a uni student and the were very accommodating to work around my lesson schedule
