Met with the COO and Head of the HR department for a 1 hour interview. Was told what they were looking for and explained my experience. Informed them that I would start on a commission only basis and they gave me the position after waiting 1 week. I was impressed with their knowledge of the industry and the open discussion where my ideas could be put into practice.
