Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa J.P. Morgan.
Entrevista
I was interviewed on campus with 300 other students. The first interview was with a Senior Manager who asked routine questions about my resume. She was kind and asked personality and behavioral questions. How did I manage conflict within a team. What challenges have I faced in school and how did I overcome them. There was also a problem question which I happened to have read the night before on this site. Who is the CFO? Why do I want to work with the firm? I was very nervous as it was my first corporateinterview, but it went better than expected. I sent a thank you letter to which she responded kindly.
The second interview was about a two weeks later.with another Senior Manager and was perhaps my best interview to that date. He and I talked more about my resume and more behavioral questions. He asked questions like how did I manage to work three jobs and have such a good GPA? Time management and prayer. He asked about my study habits and it turned out he had a kid in college. So I explained how I used the library and didn't purchase textbooks. I gave him a tip on how to save money on textbooks by renting. He took down the site and thanked me enthusiastically. Our interview was like a casual conversation with a random stranger. Very comfortable but professional. I sent him a thank you letter also reminding him about the tip and where to go. I got the job a week later.
The whole process took about two weeks.

The initial screen was on Zoom. The interviewer asked about my skills within this role, my past experiences, and some technical questions. I was asked to rate my skills in different areas such as speaking, programming, and finance.
Before the interview, I made sure my resume was updated and I spent time on preparation and practice. I knew there would be questions about my background, skills, strengths, and weaknesses, so I tried to have clear answers ready. During the conversation I focused on confidence, good body language, and eye contact to make a strong first impression. I had researched the company, thought about my career goals, and tried to show a professional attitude. Afterward, I sent a follow-up email to thank them for the opportunity and ask for feedback.
