You will be seen by HR professionals as well as members of the business, potentially. They are definitely looking for experience but open to potential.

Several interviews beginning with a phone screening and moving to an in person meeting with recruiter and then manager. An offer was made by the recruiter over the phone and was contingent on passing a background check including fingerprinting and criminal review.
