Video interview asked common behavioral questions. Have yet to hear back but it was easy interview as no technical questions were asked. I have a friend who accepted the offer for this position. He had a super day at JP and said the interview process was very easy there as well. This position seems easier to obtains than most other at JP

2 rounds of interviews. Not technical. Questions are about your experiences, “tell me about a time...”. Overall very straight forward. It was more of a conversation than an interview. You don’t need prior experience in finance to succeed.

It was a long assessment centre process with 2 interviews and a group discussion. There was a competency interview as well as a case study interview. Overall, was structured well.

Had the interview at their office. The interview was ok. No technical questions. The interviewers are nice and helpful. A pretty chill interview. But the interview time is longer than expected.
