O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela J.P. Morgan em mar. de 2010
Entrevista
My first interview was when I was just graduating college. They ask some pretty standard interview questions, describe a time when you overcame an obstacle, talk about your work experience, what is important to you in a career, etc...I also got asked to sell something, in my case it was a Sharpie marker. Basically they are just trying to gauge how comfortable you are interacting with other people and making sure that you aren't awkward or unprofessional, as this job deals with the public every day.
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa J.P. Morgan.

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa J.P. Morgan.
Entrevista
You begin with a phone interview from one of the district managers. They basically try to find what your motives are, if you would work hard, and how good of a salesman you would be. Then you are told to interview at a Branch location, in which you speak with a branch manager. It's basically the same interview, but now face-to-face. Do good in those, drug test and you got the job.

Just the regular basic questions. 3 strengths/weaknesses.
They start off with a phone interview from an HR rep. After the initial phone interview you then interview with the hiring branch manager. Once the branch manager approves you have your last interview with the District Manager
