I was referred by one of the current employees. The interview process consisted of one interview conducted by two employees at the same time. The interview started with general questions about myself and the skills I had to offer then specific questions about technical terms and the company's funds were asked, gradually increasing in difficulty until I could not answer the question correctly. This technique was used to see how much I had read around the job and firm and how I reacted when I could not answer a question.

What is the difference between a close-end and open-end mutual fund? And what is the difference between intermediary and retail investors?
first HireVue, then Superday, 3 interviews and one math test. Math test contained statistic and probability questions, classics from the the green book. Took 2 weeks between Hiruevue and super day, then 2 more weeks until recived offer.

Campus interview - asked questions about interest in following market trends, ran through case studies of a couple companies in a sector, discussed impact of geopolitical events to businesses, and some basic accounting questions. Then discussed long term goals and reason for interest in the space.
