The interview process took at least half an hour. It was in a group format. They were all pretty warm and interested in what I had to say. The vast majority of the people who work there are women. I dressed formally and sat up straight. They were interested in my technical skills and my knowledge of the field of PR. My advice would be to be honest, sincere and passionate about PR. I related a lot of the experience to journalism, which is a very closely related field.
