Submit CV online, then was invited to a 10-15minute long interview. Screening process was very rushed, and did not give me a good impression of the company. This may have been due to the company themselves not interviewing and it being contracted out to someone else? Interviewer did not seem to know much about the company and gave a generic answer when asked about the atmosphere and how she would describe the company herself. It appeared the roles were already filled.

Invited for phone interview. Was called 30mins past the booking time. Literally rushed through the call. They are taking placements for their future graduates. International students on tier 4 visa are not eligible since the company can’t sponsor in future. Should have said earlier than wasting the time of applicants.
