A senior member of the team reached out to me to via email to when I’d be available to interview. I replied back and didn’t get a response. He reached out a few days later via LinkedIn as if we’d never spoken, asking when I’d be available to interview. I replied again and again received no reply. This type of communication is why recruiting has such a bad reputation as a profession in many circles. A bright red flag especially from a smaller company.
