I applied online and got the the first phone interview two months later. Then when the HR came to campus in Sept (three months later), I had the second face-to-face interview.

The first round was all about getting to know the person and why you want to join their company. The follow up interview was not satisfactory. I was asked to pick between analytics and IT and when I told them I prefer analytics a bit more they were like we don't have any open and since you prefer analytics we have to choose other candidates.
