They have like a referral program and my resume was selected through that. First they did a phone screening and there an interview was scheduled. That interview was mostly behavioral questions. Passed to a second round, which consisted on completing a document with a base template and a time limit. Later I presented the finish work to a panel. After they also went over the resume to know more about my experiences.
