The interview depends on greatly who is interviewing you. My interviews all went smoothly and I was hired in the first round. They ask simple questions, like who you worked for before and if you are in school.

Have you ever had a difficult situation at work you had to fix? Describe it.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entrevista
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
