I needed to clear two 30-45 minute phone interviews, one with the recruiter and one with my potential manager, in order to receive a case study. Once I was sent the case study, I was given a 72-hour turnaround time in which I had to submit a completed presentation with a report of my findings. I was then invited on-site to present my case to an interview panel, after which I was asked a series of questions regarding the decisions I had made for my report. After this, I had two back-to-back individual behavioral interviews with the managers of the department for which my prospective role would be. Finally, I was given a tour of the headquarters, and was offered the position in the following week!
