Entrevista
Had to take a test which asked simple math and logic questions. Interview was very formal. Was asked if I had any previous customer service experience, whether I was hard working and committed to my life. Very laid back interview, as long as you pass the computer test you should be fine.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entrevista
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
