Very basic interview with a department manager and asked about over coming difficulties and heaving emphasis on "the customer is always right." Interview process took about a week and training with human resource manage and group of 5-10 other new employees where we learned basic training through computer modules. Within the next couple days, we has a "buddy" for follow around and on the registers completing transactions with customers.
