The interview process was fairly easy. I was hired around holiday day as a seasonal worker. I spoke to one person and the questions were pretty standard for an interview. Before I left the office, I had the job. She gave me a paper with my new department and my training date. It also helped that I can in polished and professional. When going into the interview, make sure you're dressed business casual, which is the dress code. The interviewing manager said she liked my look. The training was not very helpful at all. We watched videos and did a POS program on the computer. However when we actually got onto the floor, it was like we had to be trained all over again by veteran associates.
