Entrevista
I applied online and recieved a call about 2 weeks later to come in for what she called "talent tryouts", essentially a group interview. There was 4 others. We were asked to build a structure from blocks as a team (see questions below) and then given 4 options they could add to their store to bring business in and we had to pitch our choice to the group and then come to a consensus. The two interviewers took a 10 minute recess and then called each of us individuall into an office. She explained the position and extended me an offer that day.

Each person gets 10 seconds to look at a picture of a structure built with different colored blocks. Then they have 1 minute to describe (without touching the blocks) so the rest of the group can build it. After 1 minute the next person gets 10 seconds with the picture and 1 minute to instruct. The first person can help and can now touch the blocks. Continued with the next person until 15 minutes where up.
We have 4 different things we could implement in our kids department: 1) teacup ride 2) movie room 3)Xbox arcade 4)fashion show (adding a runway w/ photographer). Pick which you think is best and pitch it to the group. As a group, come to a consensus.

It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position

Interview process went smoothly. Asked behavioral questions and situational questions that catered to how you deal with a variety of customer personalities. Also asked about previous employment roles. Offered a job on the first interview.
