I applied online and 4 days later I received an email asking if I were available for a phone interview the next day. During my initial, scheduled phone interview the corporate recruiter never called! 30 minutes after our time had passed, I called and emailed her with no response! I did hear back a few days later asking for another phone interview, with no apology for missing the first one. I was told the interview would be about 30 minutes long, mine was approximately 15 minutes. The phone interview was easy. Recruiter asked me to explain my experience for the position and salary expectations. After the interview I was told that I would be getting a reply back within 5-7 business days regarding their decision. 5-7 business days later, I had not heard anything back. I waited for the 2-week mark to pass and sent a follow-up email regarding the position...still did not hear anything back! It is now going on one month later with no communication and I think it's safe to say they went with another candidate. I'm not mad, I just think the overall interview process was poor professionalism and just plain rude! *tsk tsk* J.C. Penney!

Series of interviews with both HR and Buying Teams, all done virtual. Some have the standard interview questions that you expect to answer. All of them are very open to answer any questions you have for them. You are not left wondering anything. Very positive experience.
