Entrevista
I applied online on a Friday night and received a call on the following Monday. My interview was on a Tuesday afternoon. There were interviewees before and after me. Two women called me into an office and asked three questions relevant to the position. They asked about my availability and if I was computer-friendly. They asked one situational question and acknowledged that I had answered it more smoothly than most interviewees. The rest of the questions were personal. They asked why I moved from Florida to New York. They asked me to describe my family and probed into my children's ages and gender. They asked what my husband did for a living. They asked if he had family up here. I traveled to the store from a nearby town and stated that I had four years of working at Wal-Mart. One of the interviewers asked why I didn't just apply for the Wal-Mart in my town since I already had so many years experience there. I answered all question positively. They also explained that they would be doing interviews for the rest of the week and calling prospectives on Friday. They said that they call everyone do let them know and don't believe in leaving anyone hanging. They never called me. I don't know if those women realized how much they represent the culture of their company, but I left the store with the resolve to never shop there again.

Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.

Pretty easy going, lasted about 20 minutes, Interview questions mixed with questions about scheduling and desired about of hours. Completed a tour and discussed the role, along with cross training
