Entrevista
Sent in my Resume and went for the interview shook hands with the Manager before sitting down. After that she asked had I ever worked in Retail before and I got hired on the spot. Had to take a test for the job on-line and I didn't pass the first time so she instructed me to take it over and I passed. I talked with the Hiring Manager and we built a rapport right away. I actively listened while she explained the details of the job. When the interview was over we shook hands and I left.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entrevista
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
