After going through security at the Japanese Embassy in London, I was made to wait briefly. Then a previous Jet came to escort me and answer some of my questions. I then met another previous Jet who gave another candidate and I a short English grammar test (5min). She then answered some of our questions for 15min. It was then time for the actual interview. I was interviewed by two people, one British lady and a Japanese man. They were very friendly and warm and asked questions in english before asking me 8 questions in Japanese to test my language ability. The interview lasted 20min but the time flew by. I will need to wait until April for a response!

Smooth. Interviewers were kind. Asked questions about why I wanted to join, asked me some questions in Japanese, asked about ways I could contribute as an ALT, and that was that.
