I was interviewed over lunch by the regional service manager. He reviewed my resume and asked a few questions about my previous experience. He went into great detail about what the position would involve and the benefits the company could provide. I was told over the telephone that I had the position pending a drug screen and background check and that paperwork would come either from headquarters or the regional manager. That was over a month ago. I have received no response to my email or telephone message asking if there is anything else needed from me to move the process forward.
