I recently interviewed for the X-Ray team at JFrog, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The interview process was disorganized and frustrating from start to finish. My interviews were either canceled last minute or rescheduled a total of three times, which showed a lack of respect for candidates' time. After finally getting through the initial 30-minute screening with the team lead , where we simply went over my CV and experience, I was scheduled for a technical coding interview with the hiring manager. However, just a few hours before, I was informed that my interviewer had changed. Instead of a 1.5-hour technical session, I ended up speaking with a different manager who conducted another CV screening—this time lasting 45 minutes—without a single technical question. The next day, I was told I didn’t pass due to "lack of experience," despite never having been given the opportunity to demonstrate my technical skills. It felt like a complete waste of time and a process that lacked clear direction or fairness. On a positive note, the recruiter was kind and tried to be helpful, but something is seriously broken in how this team handles interviews. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to other candidates.

I'm in the middle of the process, I had technical interview with scrum master and also a conversion with HR. I assume that the rest of the process will be more technical.
