Extremely long. Was going to have 5+ interviews. Made it through three virtual, all went well and had nice conversations. Fourth interview was on site with a VP of sales, I was informed I would have my fifth interview with Hr asap. Then a week went by, then 2… I followed up via phone and email several times with recruiter throughout the past month, and was not responded to, or responded to a very vaguely saying that they were “extremely busy” because it was Q4. Not to mention the emails I sent to the sales employees that interviewed me as well! Finally, over a month after my last on-site interview with them I was told I was not moving forward. It was an emotionally draining process where I had interviews every single week. Thought everything was going well to be more or less ghosted for over a month and then randomly get a phone call that I’m not moving forward as if I didn’t already know that. I appreciate the update, but still very disappointing and felt a lack of respect for my time/other opportunities. Oh, and did I mention I was a referral?
