Rejected them before second round. Don't want to mention any names but one just gets the vibe that it's not a progressive place through and through from the interactions. To be fair on them, most educational institutions are perhaps as outdated as them as well - if this makes them feel any better.

Interview was conducted for round 1 which was more of a communication round, where they also enquired about my interest for applying this job. Co-ordinator and the interviewee was professional, overall it was conducted neatly.
