It was a bit pressure and tense although I don't know why I got it from the interviewer. I think interviews should be equal and comfortable so that the interviewees can show what they are truly capable of.

Interviewer seemed pleasant. Asked about experience. Was looking for someone with knowledge on singapore codes and submissions. Company culture encourages people to apply for QP and they have mentors and study groups.
