Waste of time, basically they don't know how to recruit and have tried many different cheap alternatives. They can't afford to recruit or pay employees. It's all door to door sales which is a dying business. Interview Process was unprofessional and really was more about the learning how to recruit.

Very relaxed and informative. Friendly and made it a smooth interview process. Was able to answer all my questions. It didn’t feel like an interrogation, it was more like a getting to know me and to see if I would be a good fit
