Good overall process with clear requirements and discussions. Won't give feedback for applicants even after an interview. Overall well structured application process, with clear descriptions and requirements but feedback and responsiveness is lacking after a relatively involved application process.

HR was helpful and I would say use your universities career guidance to make sure you have a good application and practice the tests and use STAR when answering questions "Situation Task Analysis ResulT")
