Marketing Executive Interview I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JM GLOBAL MARKETING (San Antonio) in August 2018 Interview I applied online and quickly scheduled an interview for the next day. I scheduled an interview for the Hiring Manager, but when I walked in they told me instead the CEO, Jose, would be interviewing me because of my resume. I had no prior marketing experience, but quickly rose through the ranks of my previous job and a nonprofit organization. We went back and forth asking questions and debating the company before Jose called in another Manager and told him to bring me a contract and the final interview form, and that I was immediately hired no ifs-ands-or-buts. The next day I joined, and after one day of training I was all set and on my way! Since joining I’ve learned my process was not normal and that the interview goes in stages. First is a 20 minute interview where you ask all the questions and the manager details the company. The second is an observation day where you learn everything from a team leader, and the third is a final “test” to show you understood what you learned. The only thing people are asked for is to bring a smile, a can-do attitude, and a lunch for the observation day.
