Walked into a small office with about 10 other people sitting on the couch. The CEO and a sales rep played pool for 20 minutes and we all watched and waited instead of starting the interview process. After the CEO finished his game of pool he called us in one by one. The conversation was aggressive and rude. No matter what position you apply for you still do the same thing. Extremely vague online when I applied and now I understand why. He didn’t even explain the job description while I was in the interview. He said “I can do whatever I want.” I continued to ask about salary and the possibility of benefits which he mocked me and said, “why would you want benefits when you can make your own money with commission. And is money all you care about?” I was so taken aback by the rudeness and disrespect, but then he continued to ask me for a second interview and see me the following morning from 11am-7pm. I declined.
