Entrevista
There are 3 interview rounds. The interview process was very long and required a lot of follow-ups to be done with the recruitment representative. By the time I came to the last round of the process, I lost the enthusiasm I had at the beginning when I had my first interview. 1. First interview: With the Principal - This video interview is conducted by a person who works as a Principal at JMAN After 3 weeks 2. Second Interview: With a Consultant and a Senior Consultant - This is video interview round is for 60 minutes with both interviewers on the panel After one month, or almost 2 months after the first round 3. Third interview: With two Managers - This is a video interview of 60 minutes, with the exact same format as the second round, just with higher-position employees

1. First interview: With the Principal - They check your suitability and motivation to apply at JMAN - This round was a very quick one, only 30 minutes. - You need to be very structured and quick with your answers for this round if you want to clear this round 2. Second interview: With a Consultant and Senior Consultant - Interview consists of two parts: 1. 15 minutes with a senior consultant. They ask about your CV, maybe your dissertation project, motivation to apply for JMAN, 2. Case study for 30-45 minutes along with feedback. I was asked about a Business situation case on estimating the market size for opening a retail store at a big train station - Lastly, they share feedback about your performance 3. Third interview: With the manager - This is exactly like the second interview but only with Managers. In this round, they put a Merger and Acquisition case study in front of me. - This was unusual because these types of cases need to have a certain level of business knowledge and/or experience. And generally speaking for an intern role the case study seemed complicated, the interviewer was expecting a certain kind of answer to reach a conclusion. - But the interviewers try to guide you even in this round to a certain extent and end the interview with a feedback
