I met with a recruiter, the hiring manager, and two additional team members I would have worked with regularly. The process included an initial phone screening with the recruiter, followed by a series of virtual interviews with the broader team. Overall, the experience was highly unorganized and disappointing. There was little clarity on next steps throughout, and communication was inconsistent across interviewers. I was explicitly told by the hiring manager to expect another round of interviews, but was subsequently ghosted with no follow-up or closure. The lack of coordination between the recruiter and hiring team, combined with the absence of basic communication, made this a frustrating and ultimately unprofessional experience. It felt like a significant waste of time.
