I am contacted through recruiter agency, and they placed me into a job position; scheduled an appointment for phone interview, through conference call, with two interviewers. Each interviewer asked questions they care about, and they are friendly. The interview last about 80 minutes, mostly about SQL and C#, and stuff I put on my resume.
