After a Hirevue interview, I received an invitation to join the MMBSI superday. The superday consisted of three 25-min interviews in a row (with 5-min breaks between). Each interview was lead by a pair of interviewers. I was asked to answer questions based on a case study I had completed beforehand. I was also mainly asked behavioral questions, with a few industry questions sprinkled in as well. Two out of my three interview sessions went very well; however, the third interview session was lead by harsh interviewers, which dampened my spirits and led me to question whether I was a culture-fit.

Superday with 3 rounds back-to-back-to-back. - First round consisted of presenting a case study that we were asked to complete beforehand on a powerpoint slides. - Second round consisted of behavioral questions. Not too difficult to answer but were more in-depth than my other interviews I've had in the past. - Third round consisted of situational questions.

Applied in April 2021, went through with HireVue and did not hear back until September 2021 with invite to SuperDay. 3 back-to-back interviews. First was Case study, next two were behavioral. Interviewers were great.
