I found the interview process to be somewhat easy. I interviewed with multiple people, ranging from the Managing Director of the group to peers within operations and technology. Questions were based on previous experience and just trying to get an assessment if I was a good fit within the group.

Four rounds, largely behavioral with a few situational / case-like questions as well. Took a long time to receive offer, but they wanted an answer very quickly upon providing it and also wanted me to start very quickly

Haphazard and frustrating experience. The HR process felt completely broken—communication was poor, and the recruiter assigned to me was frequently unavailable, making it difficult to get any updates. After a long follow-up, the second interview that the hiring manager had requested was abruptly cancelled. Overall, it came across as unprofessional and disorganized.
