It take a oa round and then the chatbot round is schedules after that hackathon and good performers get the interview call

Entrevista
They contacted me through LinkedIn and scheduled an interview with an Engineering Manager. Then they took 2 or 3 weeks to move to the next stage, with 4 more interviews in a day (30 min each - 2 hours in total). After almost 8 weeks, I haven't received any feedback yet about the last round of interviews. They take their time in the recruiting process. I don't recommend it for people looking for a job within 3 or 4 weeks.
